Bucasia Beach Mackay's premier Blokarting beach. CQBC members can be found here on most weekends so feel free to approach any of us and go for a ride, you'll have the Blokart grin in no time at all. Best sailed in SE to E winds Cape Hillsborough The venue of the C.Q.B.C. Regatta. Located in picturesque Cape Hillsborough National Park north of Mackay, this is without doubt the most spectacular sailing beach. Good in most winds except westerly. Farnborough Beach This is without doubt the best blokarting beach in Australia. The home of the Australian Blokart Open with it's 20km of flat hard sand and easy access from Yeppoon, Bangallee and the Capricorn International Resort. For the ultimate ride go all the way from Yeppoon to Corio Bay and back, 40km round trip. Best sailed in SE to ENE winds. Even cyclonic tides and winds couldn't stop blokarters in 2009. This beach is excellent. Mulambin Beach
